Chris Ainsworth Joins TD Bank as Senior Vice President in Human Resources in Mt. Laurel, N.J.

MT. LAUREL, N.J. (July 29, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named James C. (Chris) Ainsworth as Senior Vice President, Head of Organizational Development and Talent in Human Resources in Mt. Laurel, N.J. He will lead a team of more than 200 human resources employees responsible for talent acquisition and management, learning and development, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and executive development.

Ainsworth has 24 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as VP, Senior Human Resources Partner at American Express. Ainsworth is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.

A resident of Jersey City, N.J., Ainsworth is 1990 graduated of Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, and a 2008 graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, N.C.
