Gregory Santin Joins TD Bank as Senior Lender in Commercial Real Estate for South Florida Region

MIAMI (February 5, 2018) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Gregory M. Santin as Senior Lender, Commercial Real Estate, based in Miami. He is responsible for developing new commercial real estate lending relationships with companies and organizations across South Florida.

Santin has 25 years of experience in banking, lending and commercial real estate in South Florida, closing more than $5B in transactions to date in his career. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as Senior Banker and at BankUnited as a Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Real Estate, focused on deposit and loan origination for a wide range of commercial real estate developers and investors in South Florida. Santin also worked in commercial real estate banking and risk management during a six-year stint at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.

Santin serves as Chairman and Board Member for the Miami Finance Forum (MFF) and is Past President and Board Member of the Southeast Florida Chapter of the Risk Management Association (RMA). He is an Executive Committee Board Member of the Neighborhood Lending Partnership (NLP) of Florida, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).

A Miami resident and native, Santin is active in his community, volunteering with the United Way of Miami-Dade, Habitat for Humanity and Babson College. He is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. Santin is Chair & President Emeritus of the Babson College Alumni Club of South Florida and a Director and Board Member of the Babson Alumni Association (BAA). He is bilingual (English-Spanish).
