Mathew Westcott Joins TD Bank as Human Resources Executive Based in New York City

NEW YORK, N.Y. (October 14, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Mathew P. Westcott as Head of Global Campus and Associate Programs & Diversity Talent Acquisition in Human Resources, based in New York, N.Y. His duties include setting the strategic direction of TD's Global Enterprise Campus Talent and Associate Programs, including overseeing all TD campus and associate-related talent activities. He also is responsible for TD's enterprise diversity talent acquisition strategy in support of identifying, attracting and engaging top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Westcott has 10 years of experience in human resources, employee recruitment and banking. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as Head of Recruitment for RBS Citizens Bank Consumer Banking, based in Providence, R.I. Westcott is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

A New York City resident, Westcott is a 1999 graduate of Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom.
