Rafael De La Hoz Joins TD Bank as Store Manager in Bethlehem, Pa.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (November 14, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Rafael De La Hoz as Assistant Vice President, Store Manager of the Bethlehem store located at 2712 Easton Ave. in Bethlehem, Pa. He is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the area.

De La Hoz has nine years of experience in retail banking and financial planning. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served at Susquehanna Bank as a Branch Relationship Manager in the Hamilton branch in Allentown, Pa. Before that, De La Hoz held roles as Service Manager and Licensed Financial Specialist at Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank in Bethlehem.

De La Hoz serves on the Financial Services Advisory Board of the Community Action Committee of Lehigh Valley and on the Board of both the Neighbor Housing Services in Allentown and the Bethlehem Land Trust. He also is a member of the Morning Star Rotary Club of Bethlehem and is a business mentor with the Lehigh Valley chapter of SCORE.

A resident of Upper Macungie Township in Lehigh County, De La Hoz is a native of Colombia, where he graduated from Autonoma University in Manizales, Colombia in 2000. He is presently pursuing an MBA at Moravian College.
