TD Bank Names Frank Casale Regional Vice President for Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (January 26, 2015) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Frank Casale to Regional Vice President for the Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts region.

Based in Providence, R.I., Casale is responsible for overseeing all of TD Bank’s commercial and retail banking activity and lending across the region, managing the commercial and business banking teams and partnering with colleagues in retail, commercial and government banking to serve commercial clients and community organizations.

Casale has 27 years of experience in banking and lending in New England. He joined TD Bank in 2012 as Commercial Banking Team Leader for Rhode Island. Before that, he served as a Market Manager in Commercial Enterprise Banking at Citizens Bank and a Business Banking Executive at Sovereign Bank, both in Providence. Casale is a member of the Rhode Island Bankers Association and serves on the board of the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce.

A Warwick, R.I., resident, Casale serves as Vice Chairman of the Rhode Island College School of Management Advisory Board, on the Miriam Hospital Board of Governors, the Providence Center Board of Directors and the Ocean State Business Development Authority Board of Trustees.

Casale is a 1986 graduate of Rhode Island College in Providence. He grew up in Cranston, R.I., graduating from Cranston West High School in 1981.
