TD Bank Names Ilya Mekhtiyev Manager of 49th & 2nd Store in New York City

NEW YORK, N.Y. (April 17, 2015) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Ilya Mekhtiyev to Store Manager of the 49^th & 2^nd store located at 919 2^nd Ave. in New York City. He is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Midtown East store serving customers throughout Manhattan and the Metro NYC area.

Mekhtiyev has more than seven years of retail banking experience. He joined TD Bank in 2007 as a part-time Teller in the Wall St. location and later served as a Teller, Customer Service Representative and Store Supervisor before his most recent position as Assistant Store Manager at 49^th & 2^nd. Mekhtiyev is a member of Generation Next.

A Brooklyn resident and native, Mekhtiyev is a 2008 graduate of Brooklyn College and a 2004 graduate of Edward R. Murrow High School.
